It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of affirmations. I believe that an affirmation practice is the easiest, most effective, way to channel a mindset that you’re looking to develop or strengthen certain traits in yourself. When it comes to finding success and an abundant mindset – it’s way deeper than just finding opportunities or manifesting financial gains. These 88 Affirmations for Abundance and Success are the perfect place to start if you’re looking to remove limitations and harness real abundance and tangible success.

What is Abundance?
Abundance has a bizarre reputation, and it mostly stems from the feelings of inadequacy that most people have towards themselves and limited mindsets towards financial gains. Abundance, however, is so much morethan large monetary success. Most of us, especially in developed countries, already have extreme abundancebut we also have really shitty “poverty” mentality where we only focus on what we don’t have.
Abundance isn’t a dollar amount or surplus of tangible items – it is a mindset, a belief system, a way of living, thinking, being and doing.
The Universe that we all live in – is an abundant Universe. When we slow down and shift our mindset to realize that everything we need, we already have. And when you live in a mindset where you don’t needanything from outside of yourself, abundance ensues.
Abundance is an appreciation for wholeness, joy, peace, love, and strength (strength of mind, strength of body, strength of soul).
Abundance is a deep respect for, faith and trust in God, the Universe, the Divine, the Lord, The Most High, Allah, Yahweh… whatever pronoun you use.
Abundance is a mindset, above all else and it just so happens that when you tap into this mindset, this frequency, the monetary things that modern day society associates with the word, “abundance” (large amounts of financial success, success in one’s career or business, etc.) tend to find their way to us.

What is Success?
Success looks different to all of us. According to dictionary.com “success” has to do with achieving goals, attaining wealth, status, or honors.
I, too, used to define success by monetary things and “wealth”, buying new Gucci and Celine bags or driving a Maserati, traveling around the world and closing big deals with companies like American Express or Delta Airlines. But, at the end of the day, even with the “appearance of success” – I wasn’t truly happy.
I had to learn to cultivate success from the inside. Happiness and wholeness from the inside. Now, I believe that success is being happy, as often as possible. It’s going to bed proud of the effort you put into the day and proud of who you are as a person.
Success is loving the person you are, inside and out, and not needing anyone or anything else to validate you.
Success is being content with what you have and not needing “things” to fill any voids.
Success is waking up and working towards becoming a better, happier, healthier version of yourself – everyday.
I believe that the societal definition of success is more about “keeping up with the Joneses” and less about “are the Joneses good people” where the latter is truly more meaningful.

How Do You Develop an Abundant Mindset?
I had to lose everything, monetarily and tangibly, to realize that I already had everything that I needed inside of me.
I don’t want you to lose everything so I’m hoping that you can learn from my mistakes. The mistake of putting value into things, into money, into appearances.
It wasn’t until I lost my career, my income, and my way of living until I realized that I didn’t need any of those things. That none of those things made me happy. None of those things could ever truly fulfill me. I started to realize, as cliché as it may sound, that the little things really had always been the big things. That everything that didn’t work out as I wanted to – had worked out for my greater good.

Developing an abundant mindset is about shifting our perspective. Learning to find the good in everything, even if it seems bad at the time. Learning to appreciate the things that happen for us instead of being a victim of the things that happen to us.
The easiest way to tap into an abundant mindset is to sit down and realize how much we have to be grateful for. To recognize how many people, places, things, habits, hobbies, talents, etc. we have that are blessings.
On top of practicing reciting or writing down these 88 Affirmations to Channel Abundance and Success – I also very highly recommend starting a gratitude practice. Sitting down for 3-5 minutes in the morning right after waking up or 3-5 minutes in the evening right before bed (or both!) and writing down a list of things you have to be grateful for. They don’t have to be complex things – they can be as simple as running water, electricity, a job (things that so many of us often take for granted).
As you begin to practice daily gratitude for the small things, you’ll start to notice that your list will expand into the bigger things. Appreciating a relationship that didn’t work out (when, at the time it was ending, you thought your life was over) or being grateful for something that sidetracked you in the past, leaving you to feel lost and hopeless, that eventually led you to a breakthrough and something way better. Practicing daily gratitude is a great way to start to shift your perspective to realize that God is always working in our favor, even when we can’t see it. This practice will help to develop a deeper trust in the bigger plan at hand and lead us to an abundant mindset.
